How can I talk to a person in customer service? I always get the automated machine. I need to talk to someone. I have called numerous times. I am ready to cancel my subscription.

No paper for 3 days , Sat, Sun. Mon Nov 14, 15, 16. Was told by Customer Service no redelivery of Sundays edition, Nov 15, would be made despite stated policy. Another time or two ago, Customer Service told me my missed Sunday edition delivery would be redelivered. Never happened! When my regular carrier, (who is super), for one reason or another is unable to deliver the paper, I do not get one!!! The option to deliver a missed edition is unacceptable, it is old news. Besides it could not happen since I got no paper today. If I did, I would be swapping a $2 paper for a $1 paper. It is impossible to talk with anyone other than Customer Service. The Regional Circulation Manager's (M Everett) email is not valid. His telephone number is suspect, it is always busy. My route manager won't return a call. Yet. despite all this, I hang in there, for how long is a guess.
