Worst Custom & Tire Shop in SWFLA.
Job: Infinity QX80 four new tires 26-inch rims.
Owner Matt talks a big game that he does 80% of the custom work in SWFLA with 20 years in business. If you want to waste 6 hours of your time and work with someone with low honor, no integrity, and no customer service...go to Badass Rides. Called owner for four new tires and he told me to drive up as he had them in stock (40 min drive). When I get there he only has two tires and then tries to sell me used ones. Says to come back in three days for the other two, but he never orders them. After I call him out, Matt contacts me two days later that he has the tires, I drive up again the following week (after agreeing on a day & time) and he walks by me five times in his waiting room (only one other customer there) and never even acknowledges that I'm there. Not the kind of guy that I want to give my business, so I walk out after 45 minutes of being ignored. This guy is a clown and he doesn't have a clue how to run a successful business with repeat customers. Parts are everywhere in the waiting room and the place is a complete disaster. Shame on me for even giving him a second chance, never again & I will spread the word.
