I love starbucks and always will. I go into Starbucks in the Harris teeter because I love in suncity. As I went in I was greeted by a server named Jenny. But being so early in the morning I said the wrong drink. I asked her to change it and apologized. She rolled her eyes then clicked buttons on her computer. Didn't even say thank you when I handed her money. I ordered a white chocolate frapp with 50c caramel.
When my drink was ready, the brunette who made my drink put my cup on the counter then abruptly turned around.
There was no caramel in the cup. Of on top of the whipped cream.
Never am I coming back to this Starbucks. Extremely bad service.
