Reviews of Alpine Adventures in Fort Lauderdale

A few years ago we used them for a ski trip including lodging, airfare and lift tickets. My wife was sick the whole week, so at the end of the week I returned the lift ticket at the resort for a refund. They told me the refund credit would be sent to the Travel Agent. Returning home, I called and requested the credit. They gave me the run-around for weeks and never gave me the credit. I called the Resort and they verified that the credit was sent to Alpine. I have numerous emails and documents saying they would credit me. I'm still waiting. Don't trust them with your money.
