Reviews of Wilson Kia in Flowood

Have not had a good experience with Wilson kia on Lakeland Dr. When I got my vehicle home, my neighbor noticed that there was a crack on the back cover of my tail light. Because I manage a nursing home and am on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week, and cannot leave my job just anytime for them to fix it, I was told that it wasn't their problem and was basically called a liar. I will never buy another Kia and will never encourage anyone who is looking to buy a vehicle to buy one either. I don't have a owners manual for it either. Even though my Kia is a 2014 model, I was also told that it is not their problem. They are rude and never return your calls unless you are wanting to buy a vehicle. Wish I had gone somewhere else.
