TERRIBLE PLACE TO WORK !!!!! Don't waste your time !!!! TRUST ME I WAS A MANAGER AT MASTERCUTS AT THE WESTFARMS MALL IN FARMINGTON CT AS THE MANAGER I WAS VERBALLY ABUSED BY 3 stylist they would constantly be harassing , swearing at me they would make racial remarks !!!! I would have to call mall security many times to have them walk me to my car !!! It all started when I got sick and HR refused to give FML so I would miss some times from work !! AS I WENT TO MY DL MANAGER AND HIS MANAGER THEY DIDNT DO ANYTHING FOR MONTHS TO STOP THIS HARRESMENT NOTHING AT ALL !!! AS OF DEC 26, 2015 I NO LONGER WORK THERE !!!!!! They are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL We R JUST A NUMBER TO CORPORATE THEY WOULD PRETEND THEY CARED AND TOLD ME WHAT THEY WERE GOING. TO DO OR WHAT I WANTED TO HEAR MY DL MANAGER ASKED ME ONE DAY Y DID I HIRE THIS EMPLOYEE THAT USE TO WORK AT ANOTHER PLACE IN THE MALL HE TOLD HE WOD HAVE NEVER HIRED HER!!!! But yet must of thought it was funny because he text me one day making fun of me and laughing about me to ANOTHER employee that text was not meant to be sent to me !!!! BUT IT WAS !!! HE DID APOLOGIZE BUT I NEVER TRUSTED MY DL MANAGER AFTER THAT!!! These three stylIS would bring in their own stereo play rap music screaming , swearing , That stylist would also tell my clientele I was fired when I wasn't !!! I would lose clientele when I brought this to my DL manager and his manager they didNOTHING TO RETIFY THE SITUATION !!! After 25 years of being in the hair industry I have never ever witnessed such appalling behavior !!!! NO RESPECT NO DISCIPLINE!!!! THEY NEVER EVEN GOTTEN WRITTEN UP !!!! Save UR self the aggravation of even being a stylist or management I've never even RECEVIED A MONTHLY bonus which I WAS promised MY DL MANAGER WOD SAY U DIDNT MAKE QUOTA LOL I don't believe anything corporate says you're just a number to them !!!! Good luck to there next victim !!!!! IM GLAD TO BE GONE FROM MASTER CUTS !!!! LEASON LEARNED !!!!!
