Charged for procedures not done. FRAUD investigations are open with my credit card and insurance company.

They fully charged me, saying that they will submit the claim in such a way that the insurance will send me a check. The insurance check was send to them and they do not want to pay.

Worst person in there. ..., she is so pushy, she does not even let you get off the chair to apply for a credit.

Total rip offIf you visit them, you must pay attention in what they are charging you and how the insurance claim is handled, or else you will loose money.

They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid.

When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. I was completely UNsatisfied with my visit. Waste of time and money if you ask me.
