Receptionist Chrissy is very rude and disrespectful. She could care less about your feelings when it comes to your pet and definitely doesn’t care how she speaks to customers whom seek this establishment for the care of their pets. The tone she used, talking over me and cursing me out was clearly wrong. I’m too nervous to seek help here anymore because she may try to get even with me through my pet. This lady needs to be retrained and held to certain standards when dealing with customers. By her being the receptionist and not knowing how talk to people or deal with them raises my eyebrows about what this place stands for. I’ve never been spoken to so rude and harshly but someone who’s supposed to be professional especially when I’m patronizing your business. I guess she’s the reason why so many reviews on all these different sites are complaining about the front desk interaction and the rudeness they received trying to get service from a vet that should be compassionate.
