DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS AUTOBODY SHOP! I was encouraged to use a Progressive "trusted" shop to handle the repairs from an accident. Keeping up with this shop about my vehicle turned into a second full time job. I later learned from Progressive, that this shop did not follow proper protocol in any point of the process--ie. they did not communicate with me at all about my vehicle, never gave me a copy of the quote, never did a once over of the vehicle before calling me and saying it was completed. Faulkner called me TWO times telling me that my vehicle was complete. Upon arrival, both times, things were not fixed on the vehicle, the door wouldn't even close properly! Every time I went to pick up the vehicle, they just handed me the keys and never looked over the vehicle. After 25 days (I was told it would be 14) and getting no where with them fixing their mistakes, I finally get my truck back and find the rear mud flap dangling and the exhaust tip bent into my bumper causing a terrible rattling noise. Now they're trying to tell me that "they know" the truck wasn't like that when I picked it up, yet know one has pictures to prove it. Save yourself the headache and do not take your vehicle here!!!!!
