I love ILK-Akron!! I look forward to going to classes each week (which I can not say about other types of classes and gyms I have tried in the past). The staff is knowledgeable, supportive, and above all, they are approachable. I feel like I can ask question without judgement and they will guide me in the best way possible. The class are fun and fly by!! I try to attend 2-3 classes a week and no 2 classes have been the same, so I never get bored!! I am certain I am going to reach my health and fitness goals at ILK and will be smiling the entire time!!

I truly love, I love kickboxing at Akron. It is a place where you can strengthen your body, relax your mind, and socialize. The staff is very helpful. They treat you as you are the only member. The place is super clean. After each class, they sanitize the floor and the bags. I have been a member for six months and it is an hour that I am always looking forward to it. Serene Abu Khafajah

This place is amazing! The instructors are so nice and are great at keeping you motivated and moving. After only 5 classes my cardio improved a lot and I can see the inches shrinking on my waist! I’m so glad I found this place.
