I went to this branch on Thursday May 14th, I wanted to withdraw some money from my higher one card. when I use the ATM to withdraw money it only charges me $2.50 and it tells me its going to charge me that. I was not told I would be charged $17 dolors in fees to pull money out with the teller. I am extremely displeased with not being notified of this before I withdrew money and didn't find out that thats how much I was being charged till I tried to withdraw money from a different location and was told I had less money then I thought. I also have 1 dolor less then 12 left in my account that I cant get out of the ATM because I can only get $20s out. witch adds up almost $40 dolors of my money I cant use because i have no way to get to it without getting more fees.
