This is a terrible lie! They have unreliable staff. They do not check on the safety or well being of your loved one. They place all your calls with their answering machine so then you cannot speak to your loved one. They lie to you all the time. They isolate family from your loved one. They cover up their lies and make it seem as though your loved one is crazy and makes up stories. They do not care for the elderly hygiene or hair care, yet they charge thousands of dollars a month for their services; which they really do not provide. They do not feed them healthy food based on their special health conditions, either. This is a poorly monitored place to leave anyone. They do not have certified staff after 5:00 p.m. monitoring. I am very unsatisfied with this facility. They only want money. My rate from 1 to 5; Rate is 1.
