They typically don't bother to read or respond to e-mails or voicemails. They actually encourage neighbors to complain about one another if they can so much as hear voices in the hallway, which everyone can through the apartment doors. They generally don't keep track of the packages delivered to the office or bother to notify you if you have received one. When deliveries are stolen from the buildings themselves, they do absolutely nothing about it. They don't follow their own policies or even know entirely what they are. They don't even allow you to physically pay your rent onsite anymore. Not sure what the point of a leasing office is besides to make the tenants miserable at this point.
