This guy STOLE $400 from me! On June 3, 2015, I purchased a VERY RARE $400 pocket watch from this company. As I needed it shipped, I was also charged for postage. The owner/master appraiser, R**** R******, took my money, printed a shipping label from his computer, never insured it, and never mailed it! He gave me a FAKE tracking number! When I called him on his obvious attempt at fraud, he insisted he mailed it, but decided NOT to insured it OR bother to give it to anyone in person at the Post Office! He simply dropped it into an unknown post-office box. He then insinuated that if it was lost, then it was my fault because I did not instruct him on how to mail it correctly! Are you serious? None of that made sense...so I investigated further. After speaking with numerous USPS Agents, I was told that what he is claiming is IMPOSSIBLE. If he did in-fact mail it like he claims, it would have IMMEDIATELY been scanned, followed by further scans on route to my address. It is now July 10, 2015 As there was no proof that my item was ever mailed, I contacted this company again to get my money back. They are now completely ignoring all my emails and phone communication. This is an OBVIOUS case of THEFT and FRAUD. I will be filing a police report and contacting all business regulatory agencies. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
