Social workers never answer their phone's. The foster mother that has my grandchild is a social worker who works for the department and is trying to keep our baby girl. If we complain about her or the other social workers it doesn't help since socially they are all friends and cover for each other. I guess I m going to have to file a complaint with the county or state.
