The staff at ILoveKickboxing Eastchester have completely changed the way I look at fitness. Been a member for several months now, and it’s like a family there, in the best possible way. They’re supportive every step of the way, and there to push me to be my best, just when I think I’m too exhausted to do one more burpee. The classes are amazing, and I actually look forward to working out now! Great place, great people, great workouts. Couldn’t ask for better!

This gym is amazing! Every instructor is awesome. They are so friendly and personable. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. After trying one class I signed up on the spot. The instructors make the workout fun, I leave dripping with sweat every time, and I’m getting stronger every day!
