Untrustworthy. My phone was malfunctioning and I was instructed by the tech to leave the phone with him, since he was busy repairing other phones. The screen protector was cracked, but not the actual screen. When I came back to pick up my phone, my phone’s screen had been replaced even though I did NOT authorize for it to be replaced. I was charged $165 and told “only come to me to fix your phone from now on”. The worst part is the screen protector that was used did not protect my new screen I didn’t even want. My phone screen is actually cracked now, ten days later. Safe to say, I’m pretty bitter about my experience.
