Awful. The property is dirty and the employees are unprofessional scammers. They will charge you for nonsense and because you trust them as a business you do not dispute them. I know many residents that are taking them to court because of how they run their business. I have lived there for many years because I am a college student and knew that moving was just too much of a hassle for me. But trust me when I say DO NOT SIGN THAT LEASE. It is personally like signing your life away to the devil and those three women in the office are just that DEVILS! I am being completely honest about this dump because I do not want anyone else to get suckered into this place. Their pool is miniature the gym has only 5 machines and almost every time I have worked out 2 were broken. Many times I have called the office with maintenance problems and they have told me to fix it or never showed up to fix it. I have had an animal problem plenty of times. I can hear birds or squirrels scratching at my vent from the inside and the women replied it is on the roof. I know the difference from an animal on the roof and one trying to climb out of the vent into my room. They use to spray for bugs every 3 months now they do not and there are bugs everywhere. These women get a paycheck every week but your also getting charged every month for an office fee but in my opinion if that is your job why am I putting money into your retirement plan because thats basically what it is. The doors to the apartment building does not have a key so there would be homeless people sleeping on our steps and running out when we approach our apartment. For college students fresh out of your parents house that is extremely scary!! The laundry room is disgusting and gross.I could personally never do my laundry in such filth. Multiple times I would wake up for class to take a shower and there would be brown water or no water at all. And when you called the office to see what's going on they say it's the city of Dover but as a business owner you should know what's going on in the city before hand. If I could name one good thing about this property I surely would but trust me there are NONE! So save yourself the trouble and take my advice run far away from this place as possible. They will scam you out of your money and use superglue for most of your maintenance problems. It is better places around Dover do your research before you settle into any place especially this location.
