Reviews of Shape Lovers in Doral

I have owned business, been in the customer care and patient care industries for over 45 years. This company does not treat there new customers welcomed or do they care. Today was my suppose to be first day of receiving my food from Shape lovers and it never happened. I spoke to someone at 2 pm who told me they would call me back to confirm my delivery time. Never did I get a call back. I called after 3 and answering service took my msg saying someone will call you back. NOPE! Then I finished work after 4:30 I called and the same things someone will call you back. I waited after my working hrs until 6:30 and no called back, no meals were delivered, but they withdrew almost two weeks from my account for 16 meals yet no one called me back and yet no food. WOW! Shame on your business and work on your customer service and please don't lie to any customer it’s bad business. I believe in giving everyone a second chance. I am not going to call you tomorrow. If you really care about your customers call me back and if I do not get a call back your silence will let me know I don’t belong at Shape lovers. Your call.
