Reviews of Victoria’s Secret in Des Moines

My experience was very poor. I went black Friday and bought a pair of yoga pants. No help at all while I was in the store. I got home and went to put them on to notice that there was a hole in the back. A noticeable hole. No problem I'll just take them back to exchange. Went back to exchange them and the lady at the counter was not helpful and letting me know my options. So I went and did it myself. I got back home to find out once again that I couldn't wear them. They didn't take the sensor thing off the back. I called to talk with a manager and the lady wouldn't let me even talk with a manager. I explained that I lived over 45 minutes away and wouldn't be driving back to town to just get a sensor removed. All they had to say was to come back and nothing else they could do. Very sad that I drove there twice to get this kind of service and still not able to wear my $45 pair of yoga pants.
