Worst customer service EVER!!!! The owner RICK doesn't know how to speak to the clients especially since most of them are old people. Very disrespectful, never on-time, doesn't return calls and when he does it's on his own time..... Hearing aids doesn't work and when you complain he gets angry and storms out. IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO STAR I WOULD HE DON'T EVEN DESERVES A ONE STAR!!!! BASTARD!!! VERY ARROGANT!!!!!
