DESPICABLE! I should have realized that I was about to receive horrible customer service when the CS agent returned back from lunch 30 minutes late. The other customers waiting with me outside left but I persisted. I told the agent I was very upset about my $280 monthly charges given that my three phones were already paid for. The agent told me I could get a fantastic deal: 3 new phones for "Free" if I agreed to 3 new phone lines AND....my monthly charges would be reduced to $150 per month. Already being angry, I told him that I am well aware that 3 new phones would never be "FREE!" I did not need new phones since all of mine were iPhone X and they had been purchased outright. He swore up and down and promised me...and I have it in writing....in his penmanship. I agreed to take 2 new phones and 2 new phone lines that he told me I did not have to use. "They will be place-holders, just to get you the good monthly deal with these 2 new lines." Long story short, my bill increased for two months. I then went back to the store to ask him what was up. He told me that I had not waited for enough billing cycles to pass to see my new low rate. Well, two months after that (which was this week) I called the 800 customer service phone number to hopefully get a straight story. The rep told me, "I am sorry ma'am, adding two new phones and new lines will never reduce your bill." Unfortunately, these two new phones roped me into 30 more months of installment charges! Big surprise there! I am disgusted beyond words. The young punk took full advantage of me. Beware of him: Tall, like six feet, dark hair and chunky (although he would describe himself as buff.) Crappy customer treatment and no accountability.
