EMA Performed a visual structural assessment of our building. After we had issues with the boat deck to our property, and pinpointed areas of concern. The report was extensive and professional, which made the contractor consider all the concrete cracking and spalling issues.

EMA Structural Forensic Engineers was retained to complete the structural inspection of our condo building. They did an excellent job for our facility in Clearwater, Florida. Their engineer even worked on weekends and late evenings to finish our project for any significant structural damage to the building, and we recommend them without reservation.
