Purchased a brand new fifth wheel. Got it home and the DVD player did not work. Called them within a few days of the purchase and they are still giving us the run around and inconveniencing us. Ridiculous customer service all around from sales team including the sales manager who tried to blame us for not checking the DVD player before we left. As if we walk around with DVDs on our person just in case we buy a brand new camper and need to check to see if it’s working. We still do not have this resolved after multiple calls and wasted time. If you are going to buy something here, be certain you don’t have to deal with them again. Once they take your money, you are worthless to them.
