Leaving our recent (12/2020) unfortunate experience with Texas Door and Trim from the build of our forever home in Keller. Purchased our double 6-pane front door through our builder, and before we were even a year out, the panels in the bottom of both doors have separated and we can now see light through both from the inside. After contacting our sales rep, beginning many months ago, Joe, NUMEROUS times, there has been no resolve. He was VERY aware that the door was made incorrectly from the start and assured us that after install if there were issues, that it would be taken care of. The door is wood, showing very poor quality, and response to our issues has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
