If you are considering using their Pellet Therapy services, please rethink your decision. I have always experinced great service in the past, but something has definetely changed lately in how they treat patients. It took numerous phone calls to finally get someone to book my next appointment. Lori, the nurse was wonderful, but I had side effects with this treatment that I had never experinced in the past. I called multiple times and left messages explaining this and was promised each time that someone would call me back. It is now been a week and a half and I still haven't heard a word. Clearly, my health is not important. Looking for another provider to assist me with my side effects.
