I'm not sure why I waited so long to become a member because I absolutely love this place! From day one, the staff has been super nice and very encouraging. I don't feel like I am being judged because I can't do something. Instead, there is an atmosphere that makes you want to do better and be better. I love going to class even when I am tired from working all day. I bring it to the mat, and leave it there when I'm done. Most of the time in a sparkly, sweaty mess!

I love everything about ILKB especially the studio at Casa Linda. It's the best lifestyle change I've made in my life. I love the team of instructors and the members. Everyone is encouraging and supportive. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for that extra push into getting conquering their fitness goals. Best decision you will ever make. Don't wait to book your first class.
