I absolutely have loved kickboxing here. The instructors and trainers are friendly and teach safe technique. I like that no one is ever too out of shape or too new. The regulars are non judgmental and make you feel welcome. When I got down and couldn’t keep going they encourage you to get up for you! They don’t make fun or scoff at you for slowing down. This is an over all positive and encouraging environment that breeds confidence and RESULTS, PEOPLE!! A+ Recommendation.

I have really enjoyed going to kickboxing at Dallas marsh lane! The staff is always so nice and friendly! You’ll never feel out of place because everyone is there to motivate each other from the coaches to the other people in the class! It’s a high energy environment and I’m so glad to have joined!

iLovekickboxing is awesome. The staff is very friendly they care about you and are always motivating you every moment, gym is clean, workouts are always exceptionals and I’ve seen a lot of results since I started working out with them.
