If i could give this place 0 stars, i would.

Weighed my car here today for a military move. The woman at the desk was UNBELIEVABLY rude. From the minute we walked in the door, she was nothing but nasty to us. I cannot believe that she gets any business treating people the way she does! I am reporting her to our base and recommending that they take her off of the "recommended weigh station" list. She does not deserve the business of the men and women in our military. In fact, she doesn't deserve ANY business after today's episode:

We walked in the door and she rudely told us to close the door, since she had the A/C on.

Her cats are everywhere; one of them bit us.

When asked to simply look at the form, she blew up at us saying that we don't trust her, that she's been doing this for 30 years, blahblahblah. We didn't argue and simply told her we just wanted to make sure all the applicable information was on the form. She ranted on...

We were visibly pissed off at this point; at one point she pointed at herself and said "b***h; with a capital B." Again, we didn't argue. We were speechless actually.

When i told her how rude she was being to us, she threw up her hands and told us to leave and go to the station on N Lexington! I asked "why?" as we hadn't done ANYTHING to piss her off; we eventually got her to weigh my car.

During this process, she then said "i'm sorry you think i'm such a b***h"..i said "we didn't call you that...you called yourself that!"

After getting my weight ticket and paying her the $7, I told her i would be reporting her to our base and asking that they take her off of the list of weigh stations.

She was one of the rudest people i have ever met, and for no apparent reason! Absolutely uncalled for, unprofessional, and unbelievable! She does NOT deserve the military's business, nor anyone else's for that matter.
