Store owner Yanitza is completely condescending & unwilling to take accountability for any mistakes her makes. Four girls tried on a 2 in the store, one tried on a six and they fit perfectly except one was a bit big- we ordered 6 dresses, four of which came in 4-5 inches too small around the bust. When I spoke with Yanitza she told me she cannot authorize a refund or exchange, I asked to speak with the person who could and she said you can send an email to the generic inbox for the store (which I'm sure goes to her) I said I would be pursuing this and she told me "i wouldn't if I were you, I don't know if you are religious but you don't want this type of negative energy around your wedding" that is a wildly inappropriate statement to say to someone. If I had enough space I would include all of the other offensive things she said to me. Bottom Line, don't go to this store, they mark up their prices & you can find the same dresses much less expensive else wear and not deal with Yanitza
