Innovative kickboxing was the exact workout facility I was in search of! I’m so happy to have stopped in one day after talking to staff members Chris & Sara! They took their time to ask me about goals and ambitions in regard to my fitness needs. They’re kind and explained every membership option thoroughly. The classes are high intensity and even incorporate weights! I was beyond pleased and chose to become a member long term. I’ve done cross fit, other HIIT gyms, regular gyms and nothing fit quite like this kickboxing gym. I love everything from the staff’s liveliness to the cleanliness to the overall vibe and atmosphere. I’d recommend this to anyone ready to get serious about hitting their gym goals and looking for a place that’ll hold you accountable for reaching those milestones along the way!
