Horrible.I ordered online and the time said 60 minutes -70 minutes so I still agreed but an hour 10 minutes later I still didn't receive my order and I calley only to be told the driver said I didn't answer the door the bell or the phone. I told the lady I've been waiting nobody has been here. She said my order was cancelled and asked if I want to place an order. I wasn't happy. She was very rude. I asked her for her managers number and she hung up on me. I always have problems with this particular location.I will not be ordering from here again. Poor customer service. Very rude and to hang up on me was very unprofessional.

Pizza Hut in Laurel MD have the worst customer service ever I waited basically 2 hours for a cold pizza messed my order up left me on hold I want a full refund and I'm never ordering from there again

Very poor service in the owings mills Pizza Hut the general manager name K*** H****** was very rude and wouldn't take my Pizza back when the handed me the wrong pizza. Store is very disorganized every time I go now I just go to the one in resisterstown or pikesville one to avoid any more problems from the general manager and store
