This place is taking a deep turn for the worst! Do not purchase a condo or should I say now more an apartment! For 245000+ not worth it with an HOA/ rowcal/ board that is only worried about its own property or family property to be as we say fixed up with others funds! They lue / steal money don't gone here! Not safe as our security is now the pool guy as well! He must be getting paid under the table as well! Good luck we will move as soon as we can! Not happy not safe and looking like a slume!!!!!!!
