I had used Touran's services for a few years, and everything was fine until I recently could not use the services I had previously paid for. I purchased a package of facials and ear candling services, and I was looking forward to using my last services from each of these packages. Touran and I were texting back and forth, and she asked me to send her the facial gift certificate I had purchased so we could schedule a session. I did so, and when I tried to schedule the session, she said that she did not receive it. How do I know that? She keeps accurate records and she could clearly see that I still had one facial and one ear candling service left to redeem. She told me that without the gift card (that I have receipts for), she would not honor my services. I have saved all communication between us and she clearly asked me to send the gift certificate. I was shocked, because I had been seeing her for a few years and this was not something I expected. I have asked for my money back for the two unredeemed services and I have received no reply. Buyer beware!
