Great gym with great staff, workouts and music. Everyone is always supportive and encouraging you to hit your goals. Plus you get to punch and kick your stress away while getting fit!

The best!!! ILKB kicks butt! I have been here for 5 weeks and I am enjoying every class! The staff are amazing and push you to your limits! If you are looking for a place to workout and want to see results, stop on by and join the team! You will not be disappointed!

I would highly recommend iLovekickboxing for your workout and stress relief needs!! The facility is in a great location and is kept very clean. The instructors bring out the best in you by keeping you motivated and entertained during the quick 60 minute workout! If you want to make changes to your body image and get healthy, check them out!
