Found the gym staff to not be communicating as they should. Had multiple issues with management. Everything is through one ear and out the other. I left a negative review on google, and Elayne the competitive team coordinator advised my wife that our daughter will not be able to attend any longer UNLESS I remove the negative review. Mind you these classes are paid for in advance. Elayne sent an email to my wife stating that they will not refund us for the money they owe us, because I refuse to remove the review. Now I will be going to Florida's Attorney General and filing a complaint about their atrocious business ethics.
