I was a Verizon customer for 15 years and went to the Att store at 7470 Brookpark rd. in Brooklyn Ohio. I had a salesman named Matt take care of my new phone from ATT, I now have great coverage at my home after all these years. The rest of the staff was very nice and helpful to me too. Thanks for a great store and a great product. Dan C.

Had to get a replacement phone and they lied and had me drive all the way to Mayfield hits for a replacement phone that I couldn't get and lied about the amount I would have to pay for the replacement.this store is shady
