We replaced our unit with a new one Goodman GMS80804BN. Issue with circuit board, cooling and now for last 4 days Duwan has promised to come replace faulty gas valve. He is not answering calls, texts and said he would be here every day since Sunday still, no calls, text response or even common courtesy when he said he would meet me at home when I left work early twice. Buyer beware!!! If I could give it 0 stars I would it's that bad.
