STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY We hired them to remodel our kitchen. They installed JSI cabinets which are extremely poor quality cabinets. Most of the doors were warped. Also some cabinets and many of the shelves were also warped. The paint is also starting to peel on some of the cabinets. After voicing our displeasure numerous times with J*** (the owner) he kept telling us that they can be adjusted. His workers tried many times and failed. After we fired John then he became serious about listening to our concerns. By that time it was too late. We had lost all confidence in J*** and his company. When we called JSI cabinets to try to order replacements for our damaged stuff we were told our warranty is through Kent Kitchens only. When we mentioned to JSI that we fired Kent Kitchens, L**** at JSI said that to order replacements we had to go through KK only. Why would we want to do that when we fired that company. The cabinets are sub-standard RTA type and made in China. J*** (owner) lied to us several time throughout this disaster. An example is when we wanted glass in the doors. J*** stated that we would have to purchase the glass from somewhere else and KK would install it. After talking to JSI and looking on their website we found that JSI has many doors that come with glass included. John also wanted to use my 20+ year old lazy s**** in the new corner cabinet.
