If your looking to buy a bass look elsewhere! The store is closed! Mark the owner is working out of his car. I tried to purchase a Dingwall 5 string in January of 2022. I was pre approved for 10k prior to relying out the bass. It was an act of Congress to set up an appointment to Mark. We met on a Saturday morning at a recording studio room he rents out. I tried out the Dingwall, selected my choice. Mark was not prepared to sell the bass. He did not know the terms of his finance company he has had for years. He told me he would have to contact Affirm on Monday. I did not hear from Mark again now March 13, 2022. I contacted Affirm directly and said They were open on Saturdays. They were available to there merchants on That Saturday. Affirm apologized and was going to reach out to their vendor. They called me back a few days later saying they were not able to reach Bass Club Chicago. Marks phone was turned off! There is definitely something very wrong going on at Bass Club Chicago! When your looking to spend several thousand dollars on a bass this is not the place. I have previously purchased a Sadowsky NYC back in 2016 from here. I contacted Bass central and purchased a Dingwall, no hassles and a cheaper price than offered from Bass Club Chicago. I would not recommend doing business with Bass Club Chicago!
