So much fun. I haven't found another workout I enjoy more than kickboxing. Ilovekickboxing has great facilities and an amazing staff! Always get a great workout

I love kickboxing, is an amazing place to get a great workout. It will get your heart up and racing. Best cardio session I have experience in a long time.
