The staff is AMAZING! They give you so much encouragement. If you need to modify some moves all you have to do is just tell them and they will help you modify the moves to fit you! I am so happy to have the ILKB as part of my family. I love that when I go in, the routines are different each day. I have been with the Cherry Hill fitfam for a little over 2 months, and I am absolutely happy to have found them. I love it there!! Jaime A

I have been a member of ILKB Cherry Hill for 3 months and I am seeing great results!! When I joined I immediately felt welcomed by the staff and other members. Everyone is so encouraging. I started with zero fitness with difficulty running feeling as if I was going to die and now I am slowly improving class by class. I feel healthier, stronger and more confident. I am 2 dress sizes down and others have noticed a difference in me. The staff is enthusiastic and take an interest in helping you succeed to meet your fitness goals. The positivity of the staff also helps you push yourself to a new personal best each class. The facility is well maintained and clean. I am so happy to be a part of ILKBCH fit family.
