missed service : the technician rings me on the appointment day morning to agree on a specific service location and time. On the said time, he leaves me a voicemail, advising he would be unable to proceed with the job, since they did not get the “molding” required for it. But I guess mistakes happen, right ?

cancellation fee debit : upon checking my credit card statement, I find out the company debited me a $50 cancellation fee … while they were the ones unable to proceed with the agreed upon service ! but again, mistakes happen … apparently more often than not with these guys.

refusal to fix the “mistake” : when I did bring the issue to their attention, the business owner replied it was “too late” to fix any mistake that might have happened. They could not find a record of the “incident”, and would not take the time to look into it “too busy”, they said ! I rang again and spoke to one of his colleagues later that day, and we got “cut off”. I let you judge about the business practices and customer care level of these guys …
