Reviews of Ralphs in Chatsworth

Disgusting/psychopathic & menacing Security Guard at door threatened paying customers multiples times, hurled insults, drew gun out of holster & waved Taser, blood-shot eyes, angry dace directed at normal/PAYING customers, used 4-letter words & overrides store manager. This disgrace is a contractor from Allied Universal Security, local office in Burbank CA serving Ralph's/Kroger of Chatsworth'CA/Devonshire street 91311, examples of incidents - he worked on e.g 28 + 30 July 2022 & other days in late evening typ 10-11PM, we stopped shopping there. There're Von's, "TraderJoe's", "Smart.Final", Walmart, "Grocery Outlet", Whole Foods near, use those, some are cheaper & others are more expensive than this/Ralph's, but no terrorists stand at door like this disgusting Ralph's at night, there's "Sprout's" & another/i.e 2nd Ralph's here in Chatsworth CA but much farther frm Devonshire, tho 2nd closes later (1AM vs 12Midnight) useful if you work late.... I recommend Von's b/c peaceful & literally 5 minutes away from this awful Ralph's, tho prices might be occasionally higher, but not a rule AND "Grocery Outlet" & Walmart Supercenter 10mins away are (much)CHEAPER, tho less fresh produce. SHAME on this individual contracted from Allied Universal Security, idiotic agression, insults & he bans paying customers because he feels "more important than God"
