NEVER GET A SERVICE HERE READ BELOW: I booked an appointment for my friend on Saturday for her birthday self care. We couldn’t book through the website for two services so me and my friends called in a requested only one service ( an express facial ). The lady which is Kristin told me on the phone that I could can pay ahead of time since I won’t be there, which I said okay that’s fine because it’s for my FRIEND. Long story short after my friends service TODAY (August 11th, 2022) I noticed they charge me $100 instead $65. I told my friend to go back there and tell them that they overcharged my card. And they told her that we booked a consultation facial. WE NEVER BOOKED A CONSULTATION FACIAL. WE BOOKED AN EXPRESS FACIAL. Mind you Kristin never told us that we have to have a consultation facial first to have an express facial. The tech and the receptionist gave us the run around, they was being irate, and they was disrespectful and would not give me the refund for the remaining difference. Then they said the owner was the only one to listen and to let us listen to the recording of the the 2 phone calls that where made. Plus they said she was going to listen to them and she will speak to my friend. Then had my friend wait for her. Then they said she wasn’t gonna speak to us. AND Then they said they couldn’t let us hear the phone recording. The whole time this was happening I was on FaceTime seeing everything. But in another negative review they were able to listen to the phone recording. They know if that phone call is released that they would be in the wrong but they refuse to release it. Overall unprofessional, disrespectful, bad business, and I would never recommend this business to anyone. I will continue to tell the whole world about this and I’m upset about the principle of the matter. Not one time did they apologize, offer a refund, nor discount for next service. Will never come here or recommend anyone here. Don’t book here! Imma screenshot the the phone call that I did and when we tried to book on the website for two services so we called just to only book the express facial. Also the owner may reply about a confirmation email. NO conforme EMAIL was sent to me or my friend the only email we have is the consent form. Plus they didn’t tell her what service she was getting in the begging of the appointment. Overall 0 STARS!
