ILKB has been an amazing experience. When first joining the gym, I was wondering what I signed up for but was excited due to the instructors. Since joining, I have accomplished many of my fitness goals and gained a new family. I have surpassed what I thought was possible with my body and continue to strive towards greatness with the help of this new family. ILKB is more than just kickboxing, it is where I go to relieve stress, to meet with friends all the while working out and becoming a better person. ILKB is very fitting because I love kickboxing now, thank you

ILK is the best decision I have made and the best investment for training to train my mind and body while learning to defend myself. The staff is very motivating and great you can’t help but to keep moving to notnlet them down.

My sister and I signed up for a promotional class trial of ILoveKickboxing and I signed up for membership the first day. All of the instructors are really nice and have great energy ALL THE TIME. I thought I was going to die doing the warm up but the instructors were right there to push me through it and make sure I was doing everything correctly. Ohh and the accountability is UNREAL!!!!
