I've been going to ILKB since April, and joined shortly after. The workout are amazing and give you a lot of energy. I've lost 26lbs and feel amazing!

I would definitely recommend this location!! Everyone is so positive and helpful. I definitely felt like it was a no judgement zone ❤️ Chanteil is the instructor who signed me up and she was beyond welcoming and helpful! Can’t wait to go back Thursday! Was definitely a great workout and I learned a lot already in my first class!
