I would be extremely cautious and over communicate (with tangible documentation not over phone calls) what exactly you are wanting to purchase. Huge miscommunication which resulted in two unfinished products. Also, return policies were updated during this dispute. VERY conditional business. Mike was quick to charge extra for a mistake that he could have easily referred to over our messaging.
Unfortunately, I was the one reaching out to check on my purchase. He did not explain or confirm details about these custom pieces and once it was brought to his attention, he replied he was leaving the rest of the project to my "creative skill".
Overall, if you are not good at documenting your conversations or ordering a custom order, I do not recommend doing business with Crafted Cases.
