Went to this location to get my daughter's ears pierced. Only one of the two associates were professional. The other was on the phone on what appeared to be a personal call. While we were waiting for her to end the call, (because I preferred her to get her ear piercing done same time, one on each ear), she went on another call about a product in the store. Anyway, when she finally completed the call, I was not comfortable with her piercing my daughter's ears with the other associate. So, since my daughter is older now, she did not mind the first associate doing one at a time. Customer service is so important! If it were not for my daughter's desire to get her era pierced, I would have left.
