"...I just did a reset for you. Problem should be solved" ...ya, right!
Problem solved all right (for THEM) bc now it was out of the warranty period! But good news, they will replace it again for me and quoted me MORE than I paid the first time!

Came back the 2nd time after replacing screen on phone because new screen was bad. After rapid-fire-pushing the button for 30sec with no result, I asked if he still didn't believe me or if he needed still more proof.
Like if it worked after 99 times, this guy would also just reset it and have me come back again.
Scam or cheap garbage? Don't know, you decide but I won't ever go back!
